Pick & Roll Lab | The Attack & Defend Edition

The Pick & Roll Lab is a specialized plan of technical and tactical application, designed around the most popular two-player cooperation in modern basketball. Athletes will train on the technique required for both the handler and the screener. The “Attack & Defend” edition combines offensive and defensive function in a way that forms a model lab of technical decision-making. Defense, like offense, in the Pick ‘n’ Roll is an integral part of interactions, and this training program gives participants the opportunity to practice their full range.
