The Eurohoops Camps | XMAS Edition will take place on December 29-30 and include two specialized training programs: the Ball-Handling & Footwork Lab and the Elite Shooting Lab, designed for advanced and aspiring athletes aged 12 to 18.
Under the guidance of Eurohoops Academy Technical Director Konstantinos Meletis, these innovative training plans combine high-quality technical development with mental and cognitive strengthening, cultivating both the skills and the mindset required for the modern game.

Ball-Handling & Footwork Lab
In the Ball-Handling & Footwork Lab, ball-handling technique and proper movement mechanics come together in a training plan that boosts each player’s overall effectiveness in real game situations.
Through targeted dribbling variations, balance drills, and rhythm-change exercises, athletes learn how to create space, beat their defender, and reach high-quality scoring opportunities.
By integrating handling and footwork in practical ways, athletes can significantly elevate every aspect of their game.
Elite Shooting Lab
The Elite Shooting Lab is a high-intensity, specialized program designed to perfect the art of shooting.
The training plan offers demanding, high-quality shooting applications, providing guidance and drills for every form and variation of the shot, fully tailored to each athlete’s individual needs.
The use of the state-of-the-art Dr. Dish Shooting Machine enhances the overall experience and delivers measurable results.
